Universe mode is definitely at the bottom I was just playing I got a bunch of rematches and matches for no reason in superstar mode like I was Roman on smackdown and me and Dolph win the raw tag titles with no build to the match then I face Seth for the title and me and him never had one encounter

@@SDUMCHRD it's a shame, I honestly think it should be the mode that Visual Concepts should most invest in but with the way things are going I am not entirely sure if it will be around in future instalments unless they decide to give it a revamp like they have done with MyGM with a MyUniverse. Rehashing the mode every year with nothing in it doesn't make anyone happy.

i agree its pointless to give the time to when they shut off severs and you cant access it anymore. all that work and time put in to it gone, i dont waste my time in a mode like that

I can't even begin to tell you how long I've wanted special referee matches. We've had so much fun with that mode for years, it's baffling they want us to stick with the generic guy by default only, lol, and even then we can't play as him either lol.

I honestly thought Special Guest Ref would be in this year.

I guess I'm just lucky because I haven't had the bugs or crashes I see everyone complaining about in Universe Mode. I usually play it for 2-3 hours at a time with custom championships, attires, and wrestlers with no issue. The worst I've had is matches changing if I close the game and come back at a later date, but I thought that was intentional because it's only for the randomly generated matches and not for my customized matches.

You should do a Dolph Ziggler model in every WWE Game, I think that would be amazing!

I thought universe mode wasn't really that bad I play it quite a bit and while it definitely has way less freedom than say 2k19 I don't think anything in this game is as bad as 2k20 I would have put it in indifferent or bad

I play Universe, but also think MyRise and MyGM are th best. Btw when's your next Universe Mode ep. coming?

Universe Mode is pretty much all I play, and it’s not that horrible in my opinion. It’s definitely buggy, but it’s nowhere near as bad as the fucking creation suite.

I can usually get through a pretty lengthy session of universe mode without crashing at least. With the creation suite I can barely edit 2 people to have renders and it not crash

@@edwardcross459 oh yeah that happens randomly on the first try a good amount that's why I said barely lol. I've noticed if I just change one thing very quickly it happens less often but anything more than that is pushing it. Also this isn't even a glitch but who tf decided to have Greg Hamilton be audible in create a victory? If I want to check animations I have to hear him yelling at the start every time so I have to mute it

@@StefanIsReal Yeah. They added that feature in 2K20, and they decided to keep it for some god forsaken reason.

Great video and I love the showcase but you're right about the Rey Mysterio showcase not having Mysterio type classic matches like his against joe and gran on a random ass raw nah but no disrespect to either of them though but I do like the real cutsences overall it pretty good but should have gotten more love

I *LOVE* playing MyRise. It keeps me playing. That, creations, and just wild, fun exhibitions

And I am surprised with career mode has changed a lot throughout this year my favorite mode is my rise the first Footsteps in the WWE ring. When Superstars will Mentor you throughout your career and their point of you they made it throughout their careers to make you a better hall-of-famer.

I think with 2K Showcase with Rey Mysterio, they wanted to add a good few more matches probably, but in terms of opponents, I think they couldn't get them because the superstar was most likely under contract with a different company or WWE refused to mention them again. Personally for 2K23, we need a 2K Showcase of either John Cena, Randy Orton, Edge, Triple H, or Undertaker. As for modes, I'm just confused. Patrick Gilmore posted a poll of fan fav match types coming back, so what happened? 2K23 Needs and I repeat NEEDS Special Referee, Gauntlet and WarGames. But I feel maybe most of the work in 2K22 went to MyRise & MyFaction. With MyRise, I feel there's nothing really to do, all you do is go on Social Media (which is a creative choice as some stars couldn't voice themselves) and face people in Matches, don't get me wrong MyRise is fun, But I feel it's missing something. 2K23 Suggestion: Have Social Media back, but also bring back Free Roaming. and have a storyline where you can challenge Undertaker for his streak or have different characters available for MyRise, pretty much Combine Road to WrestleMania and MyRise. Just for 2K23: 2K Please listen to us.. Make the game fun, go back to the old games and look at what we LOVED and bring it back! You did it with My GM, obviously you can do more!

I wouldn't say MyGM is good. It's not terrible but once you play through it once there really is no incentive to play again. It did get better with the patch but by then I played a year already. Il do a co op one at some point but then that will be it. I would probably have the play as top tier to be honest as I believe does hit different when playing. It's actually quite enjoyable. Unfortunately however as someone whose big mode is Universe I just haven't play the game all that much just because of how bad Universe is. It really needs a complete overhaul not just some minor tweaks. Also with MyRise would you not just try with a different character as it should work for you then, at least I haven't seen anyone have issues with it anyways

Rank every universe mode

My GM mode it is not too good as it was over time ago during the Smackdown Here Comes the Pain video game it just seems I'm wrong messed up big-time. I'm used to play in the universe mode much better like it's always been every single game He did not put into universe mode like promos for example and lots of cutscenes throughout the matches. He didn't bring the buried alive match in the game Inferno match. And The Great Khali's new cagematch Panjabi cage.

I really enjoy universe, MYGM is fun, love exhibition and showcase is kinda eh unfortunately

All of the rankings were solid but come on you know someone is high af for ranking My Rise as Bad instead of It Hits Different

MyRise and MyFaction is Worst! Because 2K hidden a lot of models and entrances in these two modes. You may not have the interest or time to play two modes, but 2K forces you to play, because you can't get these hidden game elements in any other mode. Showcase whole looks good, but 12 matchs is too little. I think at least should be add WM22, This is the culmination of Rey Mysterio's Career. But damn Kurt Angle denied 2K22 the rights to use his image. 2K is lazy, 2K22 directly uses actual match video, He didn't make CG for showcase mode. You're right. If i want to watch actual match, I should log on to WWE Network. 2K15 and 2K16 Showcase is Very Good. Unfortunately, 2K is no longer willing to go back.

I can agree that myFaction is the worst (although it has potential if they’re smart) but saying that it and MyRise are the worst because “a lot of models are exclusive to those modes” is not only dumb but untrue (for MyRise it’s just the original characters & a Mustafa Ali and as for MyFaction it’s the 4/5 DX models, WM33 Seth Rollins, a Faarooq model, and Godfather) Also how are 2K lazy for *mixing* the cutscenes with CGI and live footage (and that’s not even mentioning the other small details to the mode)

Fortunaly most of the hidden characters are in CC except some like triple h and the rock retro or mick foley, most of them are uploaded by whatsthestatus and despite that it doesnt excuse the lazyness from 2k and their stupid idea of having these model hidden and dont want to release them still myrise its an incredible Mode

I haven't bought WWE 2K22💸💸💸💸💸💸💰💸💰but someday I will get a chance to check It out and play It. 💯

MyFaction is terrible

showcase is horrible in 2k22, the worst. no commentary, real life cutscenes, horrible repetitive objectives, weak ass stock music, no entrances, no build up, the worst commentary ever by rey mysterio wwe2k14 and wwe 13 are the best ever for showcase modes even Legends of Wrestlemania is more interesting and fun than 2k22

MYFaction is by far the worst one, Exhibition is the best one imo
