Also I went to buy Hotline Miami 2 and couldn't find it in the Steam store; I should've known right away what was going on except that, as you mentioned, it had once been available and I already own the first release. The Coffin of Andy and Leyley ended up banned in Australia, but no reason was given. My fair guess is because of an optional route, which sees the titular characters having a little "fun" with each other in bed. Gross, I know, but it doesn't glorify it. If you see Andrew's face after the dream sequence with said scene, you can tell he looks horrified about the idea (initially, depending on the player's choices).

Yeh I'm Australian and he has every Australian accent quirk known to man 😂, from "australier" to the "videor" although to be fair all those quirks can also be found in alot of London accents except the throat sound.
