What is your favorite perk?
Just pick crafting perks. Craft ballistic weave into army fatigues (or any clothes that allow you to put armor on over it) and a cloth hat (fyi you have to do a few underground quests to get the ballistic weave option from tinker tom). You are good after that. You don't need toughness. You can just put on any armor on over the fatigues that give you stats, or whatever you want. I prefer destroyer legs, which give you 10% movement for each one. Then whatever other armor that give you special stats. Rifleman is an S tier perk. Go to vault 81 (I think it's vault 81) and get the overseers guardian. Now the game is on easy mode. Lone wonderer is S tier with dogmeat. Companions are pretty much trash, they are just good for their stories.
you under ranked idiot savant. It kicks in pretty often if your int is low. Early on I found it very valuable

Idiot savant has an 11% chance to proc if your intelligence is 1. That is 11 times for every 100 xp events. It is not guaranteed to proc when turning in quests which is where the real exp happens

I 2nd this. If you've done the math, this perk always yields more XP thus faster levels with 1 or max int. Especially since it cam be taken early for not much spent points

@@Dragonmax2626 lets say that on average killing or building gives you 12 exp normaly. It is around here but may not be exact this is for example purposes. Lets say you have the 2nd level idiot savant so you get 5x xp you get 60 exp from each proc With an int of 1 you have an 11% chance to get the proc So for every 100 kills / builds you get 660 exp 10 int= 30% xp 15.6 xp = 1560 xp per 100 kills/builds Int 10 with idiot Savant you would gain 120 xp for every 100 kills / build

@@CamwayGaming That is an average of the same number of xp not considering the xp pool needed to level. Getting one or two legendary kills or even a quest at 5x at a low level could mean two or three levels. Its an early game perk that is far less effective in the later levels and as someone who only plays survival, early perks can be huge. Deserves at least a B rating.
