I'd get Bernardo before a LB (only one we're looking for rn is cancelo actually) We have Kounde, Julian Araujo, Balde Hector Fort, and even Alex Valle. so, I'd probably get Bernardo before a full back.

@@viscaelcatalonya9222 Balde isnt doing that great (before injury), Kounde doesnt wanna play RB usually, Fort isnt first choice worthy yet, J. Araujo is uncertain he is not gauranteed to do well at all, Valle same. None of these are world class except Kounde who doesnt wanna play at that position. I dont want Cancelo either. Not signing Grimaldo for free was huge mistake.

Right back is 100% secured idk what you’re on but Kounde doesn’t mind playing right back (he’s claimed and it’s been reported as of late) also Julian Araujo has been amazing in his loan spell and could be back up. We also have Balde who would do much better with a fit ter stegan, and a proper dm aka a whole new system. Also we have the likes of Fort and Valle who are good choices for backups who we can develop. I think the only fullback the club are looking at now is cancelo and that’s really it.

If he flops I could easily se us losing 30-40 mil on him. I'm indifferent on Kimmich, but i really don't see Onana as a good choice

Both zubimendi and kimmich are technically gifted, while zubimendi is more technically gifted than kimmich, kimmich is five times more defensive. La Masia and our current players including fdj do not disappoint technically, we just need a defensive pivot profile that can also play a passing role and can be composed. The most suitable profiles for that are Rodri and rice (which well never get), but the most suitable realistic pivot option is defo kimmich, zubimendi is defensively weak.

Zubimendi would rather move to the PL than play for another Spanish team. He’s made it pretty clear. Also getting rid of FDJ for another CDM is wild because FDJ is one of the most gifted midfielders on the ball at the moment. The smartest thing to do is pair up a CDM with FDJ whether that be Kimmich, Onana or someone else. Also Onana isn’t bad on the ball at all, y’all need to start watching more football instead of going based off what others say. All of our midfielders currently are amazing on the ball, but what they lack is that defensive contribution and aggression. Onana and FDJ in the midfield would compliment each other so well but of course Onanas price tag would prevent that.

I absolutely agree with your priority tier, we would become such a better team just by adding those three very dynamic players, and they would have to start.
