I enjoy the boat reviews, I just wish they would say at least SOMETHING that they don't really like about the boat. This isn't really much of a review at all, just more of a walk-around of the boat. I still appreciate the time and effort. Makes me want to go fishing!

Probably a nice boat for calm days but looks like the sidewalls are too low for rough waters offshore?

Did you notice the lock protruding between the two seats in the back!at shoulder height? Looks dangerous when you are just wearing a bathing suit!

@Brisdad53 LOL. don't be silly defending Ranger boats because you over paid for one. Every single other boat owner knows my statement is correct. I'll even go 1 step further. Ranger isn't even in the top 3 best bay boats produced.

@@northlandacres One person's top 3 bay boats might not be another's top 3. And it's hard to pick just 3 good ones! So I've listed my top 6. Each one has there advantages and costs. While they're all pricey, I personally really like the Sea Pro 228DLX and the Robalo 246 Cayman and for the money the Sea Born FX25 bay is a great boat. I've only seen the Regulator in videos but it sure looks like an absolutely incredible boat for those looking for a bay boat / CC / family cross over boat and for those who have the money ($140k ish) to spend on an upper class boat. Regulator build quality is undisputed. Let me reiterate My original point regarding the Ranger. It's a good boat. But for the money used or new I believe any of these are a better boat, better fish ability and just as good or better resale value. Just my .02 Sea Pro 228DLX Robalo 246 Cayman Sea Born FX25 Bay Pathfinder 2200 TE Yellowfin 24 Sea Chaser 26LX

Marsh fishing...I don’t know if the Ranger is the right choice. But the second you hit an open bay...more so in Louisiana! ...that Ranger is a monster

You can get them and the 2020 also has seat backs for the bow and even grab rails.
