I suddenly have a dark ring around the outside of my screen (as if there’s a cover around the camera), rather than the video showing full screen anymore. This hack works to find the hidden menu, but the settings don’t seem to change the view. Any ideas?

All I get is a black screen. Any help out there folks? This hack could be useful towing in car parks etc.

Did you configure your TV also to work? And if so how did you do it thanks.

Hi, yes. Follow the instructions as outlined above, but where I click on rear view / prox camera for the TV press the TV/DVD button and the TV comes on. Sometimes it did glitch a bit but it did work. But I wouldn't advise watching TV whilst the vehicle is in motion 🤐

WARNING: I pulled this up, hit the TV button and the screen stopped working .

This is not a hack. My D4 does this without this menu, just enter the extras and cameras, voila!

After the negative experience with a Range Rover Sport HSE Dynamic MY 2017 i will never buy another JLR one. Not reliable and Land Rover Italy does not solve the problems and let you alone.... Can you imagine what will happen in a car so "complicated" like this?........

***** of course it is. is it available from the menu? No. do you have to input 'secret' codes to enable it? Yes therefore it is a hack. Thank you

I’m with this guy. you’re literally just accessing a sub menu for techs not modifying the system in anyway or adding external source. Good video tho
