It would be worth dobbing a bit of Vaseline in the ends of the crimps to help slow down corrosion.

Not sure if I am the only one but followed instructions (I twisted and heat wrapped wires together) and my new replacement did not work. It did before I snipped wires off. Any ideas or tips to check that the light is working. Attach to a battery or power source. Any tips? Great videos always

Did you check the fuse? If ur wires are connected it should work

Fuses are good. All other break lights and lighting work fine. Top light did work before removal and install. Will spend more time on it test the light off the car make sure the unit works.

Crush connectors are crap. Hopefully you sell the new light with the correct connector.

I’ve just done mine, had to get the genuine part as Powerful didn’t have stock, bloody thing still doesn’t work 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I can’t find a solution either.

Well good news on the Hilux... it will be coming back and we will be videoing how to upgrade it from a Vigo to a Roco !! Parts already shipped !

Jeez, a bit less chat and a bit more concentration on the camera work would go down well! And maybe some more light?
