Randy Rhoads All Solos From "Blizzard of Ozz" Album Cover

Randy Rhoads All Solos From Ozzy Osbourne - "Blizzard of Ozz" Album Cover.
Tribute to my all-time favourite guitarist - Randy Rhoads.
Check out my "All Solos From 'Diary of a Madman' Album Cover"!!!
• Randy Rhoads All Solos...
Solos list:
0:00 - I Don't Know
0:55 - Crazy Train
1:29 - Goodbye to Romance
2:02 - Mr. Crowley
4:16 - No Bone Movies
4:45 - Revelation (Mother Earth)
5:54 - Steal Away (The Night)
6:23 - You Looking at Me, Looking at You
7:00 - Dee |capo version|
Solo from No Bone Movies is the only one, that is completely different than studio version.
Randy performed this solo live and you can find it on "Tribute to Randy Rhoads" album.
I've decided this version is better to record.
Dee is recorded using capo.
There's no studio solo in Suicide Solution. The only one thing is something like whammy bar ending. Yes, I've taken a lot from live Randy solos but I think that this one shouldn't be included in Blizzard of Ozz cover. I surely do it in the future.
Everything recorded in Stalowa Wola, Poland
Gear used:
- Gibson Explorer Eb
- Epiphone Ltd Ed Richie Faulkner Flying-V
- ESP LTD EC-1000S FM STBLK
- Fender Player Stratocaster MN PWT
- Yamaha CPX500
- Sire Marcus Miller V3
- Line6 UX2 POD Studio
- Sony a5100 camera

I wouldnt say he nailed Mr Crowley, 3:34 the back to back riff is not done the same, the second part of that riff is supposed to hit a higher note. The riff at 3:54 is not exactly the same , some what close. They still sound good? Yes, they are awesome , but they are not identical to how Randy played. it. this is the riff im talking about kzread.info/dash/bejne/eWeA2Mqddqi1odY.html at the 5 minute mark.

As a player I was going to concerts in the 80s wanting to see how close the guitarist could come to playing live what they had recorded on their records. Being young I thought that was a measure of how good they were. I also wanted to learn their licks by watching them. To keep this short and not name them all. The second time I saw randy perform he did crazy train and Mr Crowley to near perfection. I thought I would have years of watching him play. You brought back some memories. I'm currently listening to this album every single day. I love RR so fucking much, i feel like no one is gonna make something even remotely close to what he was capable of. But seriously, i'm amazed by your solo. I never bother commenting on youtube but i had to. You're truly fantastic! you nailed everything. I'm gonna check some more of your videos that's for sure love from Quebec, Canada

Everytime I see you play Mr Crowley solo lead, it just brings tears to my eyes to know that Randy Rhoads musical genius has been passed down to another generation to enjoy as I did. I've seen ozzy a dozen times including when he was still in Black Sabbath.. To see Randy play this live was awe inspiring. I can see it was the same for you my friend. May God continue to bless you on your musical journey to Major Success. P.S. Don't sell your soul.

Very good job my friend! I was in 10th grade in 1982 when Randy passed. I live in Glendale CA and at that time we all knew who Randy was because he lived in Burbank CA which is the neighboring city to Glendale. Randy studied classical guitar from Robert Vaught at Glendale Community College. Robert never wanted Randy to play heavy metal and at the time of his death, Randy was planning on returning to UCLA to continue his classical guitar studies and get his masters degree in music. This was on the advice from Robert Vaught. Unfortunately he was never able to do that. Years later in 93' and 94' I also studied classical guitar with Randy's teacher Robert Vaught. Robert is the one that taught Randy the majority of his classical music training especially music theory. Robert was a great player and teacher. I studied three semesters of classical guitar with Robert and then began to study privately with him. He rarely spoke of Randy and was extremely sad about what happened. I got the pleasure of asking him about Randy a few times. He said that Randy was the best student that he ever had! He loved Randy. I'm telling you this because you are a very good player and someone has to keep the flame alive! Randy's classical influence on his playing style is undeniable. It's great to see young players like you playing the amazing music of Randy Rhoads! Keep it up brother.

Thank you for keeping Randy's music alive. You have obviously studied these solos down to the smallest detail, because your covers are as close as I've seen, and likely to see. Randy would be proud. I was fortunate to see Randy live with the original line up on the Blizzard of Ozz tour and also at one of the few UK venues for the Diary of a Madman tour. I was 14 at the time and I hope your passion for Randy's music lives on as mine has. All the best for the future.

wow! Wow! WOW! First off, best wishes to you! I just woke up this Sunday morning and, apparently, overnight I had dreamed about watching Randy playing “Over the Mountain”. So the moment I was awake enough to grab my phone, I immediately searched KZread for that song. First on the list that came up was Satsuma3042, whom I’ve watched and admired for close to a decade. Usually I have “Autoplay” disabled but for some reason (and to my surprise), this time I didn’t and your video began playing! Probably at that moment, I developed the biggest smile that I’ve had in quite a while! 😃 There have been more than a few times that I’ve silently thought to myself that I’d sell my soul (jokingly, of course.. or maybe not..😆🤔😉) in exchange to have the talent and ability to play these songs/solos as you have done. This is exactly the motivation I need to dig out the ole guitar and have some “me” time. I feel sure that I’m not the only one inspired by this video. So, on behalf of all of us, I send you a sincere “Thank you” for putting this collection together!!!
