For the mommy bride, I don't know what she is looking at. She looks amazing after 6 months. I had to pause the video to take off my glasses and clean them to check. She looks fabulous. I don't see what she is seeing.

Having a baby is a wonderful experience, Miss Gabrielle needs to embrace the results of her baby. She's a beautiful bride. Randy is the best.

Yeah like the baby is more important. Going 2 sizes down when you have no idea how you body is going to respond to giving birth on your first child, was a terrible idea.

yeah she looks FABULOUS for being only 6 months post-partum! if she thinks that's a gut, she should see my wedding photos! legit my belly was so big i looked like i was smuggling a monster truck tire under my dress 🙈

I felt so bad for the first bride. She wasn’t ready to select a dress. Hopefully in the future she’ll be able to! I really feel she’ll feel her mothers presence when its the right dress!❤

I feel for the first bride. I lost my mom when I was 26 and I’d only been married a little over a year when she was diagnosed with cancer and she was gone in 6 months. I was lucky to have had her with me at my wedding. I wish she had lived to see my babies, which she told me before she died, was her only regret in life. She’s been gone 42 years, and that haunts me to this day. I wish my children could have known her. She would have adored them!

I am on the opposite side of this. My beautiful daughter was stillborn in august 1997. I will never have this with her. I would love more than anything to have her here and to have this opportunity to be there for her on this day. To the beautiful brides without their mums, I would happily stand in for your beloved mums, just to have this experience once in my life. I send you my love from a mum, your mothers are with you always, their love is too strong to ever be broken. ❤️

I'm sorry for your loss. Losing someone you love is so painful. It doesn't matter as to how long they were a part of your life. Your lovely statement of love is a tribute, as is your wish and offer to stand in as mom. You have so much to offer with all that love in your heart. I hope you share that love with other children. Your daughter is present in your heart and sole always. She needs to see you share that love with others. .

@@cherylownbey9573 I have one living child, he is the love of my life. I also sadly had a stillborn son in 1999 and we did not try for anymore. It was too hard, he had spina bifida at the base of his brain and did not survive. The marriage suffered so badly that it ended, but many years later we are good friends and he rings me on their birthdays. Thank you so much for your lovely words. @@22casperlove thank you so much. I lost my best friend 4 months before to cancer, she was just 34 and left two little girls. I know that she is looking after mine for me until I get there, that gives me some peace. ❤️

My mom passed away in October of last year she always told me that she would be there when i get engaged and pick out wedding dresses knowing that when that time comes she wont be there will be filled with tears both me and my mom fell in love with one of randys dresses before she died getting the chance to try that dress one day and seeing if thats the one will be very emotional

@@jemmaj2919 we both fell in love with his Anastasia dress my mom had a stroke in December 2020 that left her half paralyzed I showed her a video of it from his KZread channel while she was in the hospital I kept showing it to her and talked about how much I loved every detail about it when she came home it had everything we both wanted equally on one dress I can't even imagine the way imma feel if I can get to klenfield and find it I don't plan on getting married for a while as I am 24 I'm hoping that it's not discontinued when I do get engaged

I am sorry for your loss, Nikki. Losing a such a close loved-one is very hard. This might sound cray-cray, but maybe, take your Mom's photo with you when you go shopping for your dress - put the photo on a chair, looking out at where you will model the dress. ASK for your Mom's opinion and signs of her approval (and ONLY from your Mom, to be sure). Look to see if extra light is coming out from around the photo, when you think you have the right dress. Even though this will sound absolutely crazy, I noticed, a long time ago, the first Christmas after our maternal grandmother had just passed-on, that there was a whole bunch of light around her smiling pic that sat on a table in the sitting area. My mom noticed it, too - Gramma (my Mom's Mom) was there WITH us in spirit, which brought us joy, through the tears of grief. Ask for spiritual protection and help, to feel safer, and then... see what happens. I expect that your Mom will show her approval. Best Wishes!!

I'm sorry for the loss of your mom. My mom also passed in October. God bless you. My condolences. My mom told me she'd always be with me, "my angel on my shoulder." I love Randy.

Gabrielle's baby is absolutely adorable.

She looked gorg before the weight loss. She also looked gorg after the weight loss. But in the end, SHE has to feel gorg. Well, done Gabrielle!! And Randy, thank you so very much for being a friend to everyone!! ❤

Randy does know just the right thing to say. That was awesome what he said to the second bride. For the first bride I just felt sad and wish her the best. Hopefully she will feel differently on her next time out looking at dresses.

Randy is just perfect for this job. He knows the right things to say and when to say it. Bride number 2 looks amazing in that dress! What’s lacking in that dress was her confidence. I hope she felt better on her wedding day ❤

Oh definitely. Many women do not have that sort of figure 6 months postpartum. I certainly didn’t and almost 4 years later still don’t. 😂 She looks fabulous.

I think the second bride looked just fine at her first fitting. I'm sure though that it must have been hard for her to see that she was beautiful because there is a lot of pressure on new moms to "bounce back" to pre pregnancy weight or even thinner. Plus the changes in your body are so rapid during pregnancy and post partum that it is hard to adjust or feel beautiful at times. She didn't need to loose the weight to look beautiful in that dress but good for her in putting in the work. She needed that confidence boost and she did it for her.

Bride. Number 2 you looked lovely at the first fitting but you looked like a happy bride to be at 2nd fitting. P.s. baby is a cutee!

First bride kept saying that the dresses were too plain, so then the consultant and Randy kept bringing out plain dresses. Maybe she wouldn’t have found anything , it being too soon, but they weren’t listening to what she wanted and were chalking it up to her grieving.

I lost my mom a year ago and got married 5 months after she passed. The sad part for me was that while I managed to avoid having to go shopping for a dress because I got mine custom made, my mom still never got to see me in it, wasn't there for the fittings, nothing. And that hurt my heart so much because I always thought she would be there for all of it.

Why does no one notice that beautiful dress in the room where they are interviewed? Try that on!

For me it's the opposite I will never get to see my baby girl in a wedding dress or a graduation gown. I think about that everytime I watch this show. I lost my baby last year I also lost a baby boy in 2011. Knowing I won't get to see them getting married makes me cry but I know one day I'll see them in Heaven with Jesus in their beautiful heavenly gowns. I really feel for this bride just remember your mom is with u in your heart always.❤️

First bride teally had no idea what she wanted. She really should push up her wedding so she has more time with her grieving process.

Maybe the first bride needs to try on a few dresses she knows her mom would have loved..even if she herself wouldn't pick them for herself. I think she's missing her mom's input and she doesn't realize it. She knows what her mom liked on her I'm sure...so if the considers that into her dress trying, it might help.

I never knew until this show really, that moms are supposed to go for the dress shopping. 🤷🏻‍♀️ My best friend went shopping and told me her mom was mad she wasn't included - i had NO IDEA it was a thing even back then in 2000. I didn't bring my mom (we weren't close and she wouldn't have had my best interests in mind) , i brought my 6 year old daughter. And i literally bought the first one i tried. Now, when my daughter gets married i would be there if she wants that but truly, her dress is her choice - me being there is just to support what she wants.

This girl looks phenomenal in that gown-- I get how she feels about herself because I do the same- but she is rocking it!

I didn't even know Moms went with their daughters to pick out wedding dresses. My Mom would not have come with me. My first marriage was at age 60.

My mom died 3 months before my wedding

The first bride would have looked fabulous in the dress on the dummy behind her in the interview room.

That's so sad that Gabrielle felt compelled in her gown to lose weight - just 6 months after having a baby! She looks stunning either way, but just as Randy said, she is getting married and her fiancee loves her as is.

Most likely parents were divorced long time ago. Otherwise, the bride wouldn’t have a close relationship with stepmom as to invite her to go wedding dress shopping.

I never had the experience of dress hunting. I wore my cousins dress. I was just happy it fit. Gabrielle is having difficulty because because the cart was put ahead of the horse. I realize it isn't a popular opinion anymore but bringing your 6 month old to a dress fitting just seems really weird.

Gabrielle was annoying with all the whining about her gut. She looked about the same on her second appointment. She looked great at both appointments.

Gabrielle just needed some spanx andshe would have been fine. I thought she looked good without it, but it does make a difference.

What Gabrielle needs to realize that her wedding photos won't necessarily be from the side they'll mostly be front views and nobody is going to see her after pregnant gut. If she was so worried about her dress fitting she should've started exercising.

It looks good if you wanna lose that gut start doing Pilates I lost 6 inches in six weeks off of my gut, and I am way heavier than you

I hate boob tube dresses

Utterly foolish of the first bride to go shopping for something so major when she wasn't at all ready for it. Her mother died only six months prior, and if she was anything as close to her mother as I was to mine, it's impossible to think clearly when such a wonderful mother dies.

I get feeling lack of confidence, but worrying about other ppl talking about your stomach is bizarre.

Some families/relatives/people/cultures are that way. no holds barred if you look fat(ish) etc, they'll call it out and nail it in, repeatedly. Even on a wedding day

Maybe people need to stop and realize that the baby is supposed to come AFTER the wedding 🙃
