People behave differently depending on where they live and what they are used to. I now live in Southern California and if one drop of water falls from the sky people freak out and run for cover. But I grew up in Chicago and pretty much no matter the weather people just put on a coat and hat and maybe grab an umbrella and do everything they usually do.

Hi Sherri...we were about 15 years old and a friend of mine put his own lyrics to it regarding a certain person of questionable standards...needles to say it is completely unrepeatable!!
