RANDOM 💩 I'VE RECENTLY BOUGHT - A LITTLE SALTY!

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Firstly, what do you think of the back up camera? Good? Bad? This video was more a bit of fun, but it was also more of a test. Behind my short and sweet videos, I tend to have a playful, slightly dark sense of humour and wanted to know if you guys would prefer more of that showing in future videos? Also, what do you think of my new Favs?

I stumbled upon creating a new blush with your palette - I have vivid azalea and mixed both the blush and the highlighter accidentally - and then just smooshed it all together on a brush in the palm of my hand and then lightly brushed at the tops of my cheek bones - Wow! fully luminous, ethereal, stunning look. No doubt that had been done before but it is my new go to.

As much as I hate to admit it, I keep a twist top Coke in my refrigerator. Literally just one half sip takes care of everything. That Coke will eat through anything 😂 Luckily I only need a half sip one a month or once every two months. Works much better than the meds. Good luck!

Hi Wayne. I have digestive issues which are caused by many things. I work with supplements and my biggest recommendation would be Probio 7 (green box) which is a pre & pro biotic supplement, and Slippery Elm which helps with inflammation in the bowl and protects from acid and ulcers. They 2 have improved my situation hugely. As for the peppermint issue, do you get reflux? If so, please avoid peppermint as much as possible. It relaxes the lower esophagus leading to acid rising back up. More than happy to advise more.

I was diagnosed with IBS 30 years ago and have tried a lot of remedies. I haven't found anything other than loperamide (immodium) that will shut down the cramps and diarrhoea, so tend to focus on preventing attacks where possible. I take mebeverine (Colofac) before eating any big meal. You can also take it daily. Holland and Barrett Lactase enzyme works well for me if taken before eating dairy. My big trigger is rape seed oil which I have to avoid like the plague. Hope you find what works for you.

  • @zvezdatabg

rapeseed oil is not "food" because rapeseed /canola is not food for us humans to begin with. The black liver cant digest this oil and it gets stuck in it and it just and accumulates in it and makes the liver ill. Also my relative told me that some years ago, a child ate raw rapeseed plants and almost died from food poisoning, thank god he got rushed to hospital and his stomach got pumped out.... So yeah, rapeseed oil, cotton oil and some other bs like that that's being sold for food are causing issues for us humans, simply because we're not meant to eat them.

Sina ginger candies might help your stomach. I've kept them on hand since my gallbladder failed and was removed. They're individually wrapped, so super portable, and they taste nice. They soothe my stomach whereas peppermint, for me, works better for something more like acid reflux that I deal with from time to time. The ginger may not help in your case, since it sounds like the situations may be a little different, but it could be worth trying. I hope you find something effective that doesn't cause the headaches, either way!

I’m sorry you’re dealing with GI issues. I can relate. If peppermint is causing headaches, would ginger be a decent substitute since it can kind of work as an antispasmodic as well? One supplement that is quite effective for calming the gut is called Refluxin. It is inexpensive, highly effective, and no side effects that I can tell. It isn’t an antispasmodic, and I still think you will need to find some type of antispasmodic if you’re dealing with a twisty trixie gut, but I still think the Refluxin is a powerful tool in the arsenal for anyone dealing with GI distress.

Enzymedica Digest Basics or Digest gold work like a charm for people who have digestive issues, they're just pure digestive enzymes. You can get a separate probiotic from pretty much ANY health supplement company but make sure they're not tablets, they should be capsules. And the amount of probiotic cultures are usually better the higher the number, so around 8-10 BILLION CULTURES and above. Good luck with your gut health journey, I understand how bumpy of a road this is!

The enzymedica digest basic works! So does DGL it's licorice, chewable and chocolate flavored. Probiotics and Natura beyond whey with grass fed colostrum. My toddler had reflux still since a baby and had tried every medication, had EGD showing esophageal erosions. I took him to a master herbalist who taught classes to Drs at the local college and the above is what he told me to give him....6months and he was completely better!❤

Hey Wayne ...... Im 66 but still love a full face of makeup when i go out.... Ive never smoked and always looked after my skin (sometimes a little too harshly, remember those apricot scrubs 😂😂😂) can you advise what is the difference between day and night cream. At my age should i just wear night cream twice a day or would that be a bad thing. Just wondering 🤔. Love your posts by the way❤

I take ginger for digestive issues - I have various forms of it, from capsules of ground ginger, to really strong something like freeze dried oil/syrup capsules from Gaia herbs. Pure Synergy and Gaia Herbs are the brands of ginger I keep on hand. There is always fresh ginger too, but I find the capsules more convenient. Digestive enzymes - Good Lord, I have tired hundreds - I have found that gentler ones work best for me. I have used big guns enzymes with HCl- which start out great, but end up eating my digestive lining- too much of a good thing. The digestive enzymes that I love is made by Codeage, and is called "Fermented Digestive Enzymes +".

Ok. Been watching you for years. Sorry you and Lisa no longer....anyhoo, hubby had same symptoms in belly, stress, headaches.Doc's initial advice - tried diet, excercise, he's on the spectrum too. In the long run..turned out to be misdiagnosed cancer. Get tested!

I suffer with exactly the same with my tum......I won't be munching on anything for the next couple of days to give my gut a rest, fluids only. Dr prescribed Omeprazole which did work but ended with an outpatient day stay to have the camera put down in to my tum....abrasions on the wall of my tum caused by stress.,.maybe a trip to the Drs may help Wayne ❤

I know I've missed a past mention of the stomach meds. I'm just wondering if you've ever tried papaya enzymes after eating? First choice in our family is the GNC brand. We've been using it for decades. IDK if it's available in the UK. PS - #8 looks great ☺️

Have you had an endoscopy? Years ago my stomach was a mess. Everything I ate gave me trouble. Endoscopy found a few tiny polops. They were removed at that time. Never had any issues since then.

Sorry about the headaches, I can't have anything with peppermint, nothing, peppermint opens the stomach valvule and the stomach acid comes up, I guess you don't want anything from the big pharma but for me the only thing that works is Omeprazole, ( doctors advice ), it's not great for other things but to me works, no headaches and no acid reflux, no stomach pain...good luck and hope you feel better
