This is literally an overkill Tony can oneshot both Pepper and Riri at the same time he has to face Rhodey because Rhodey has better skill still wil manage And if he stop holding back then he will one shot all at a time

I think he could easily one shot Rhodes and Pepper because he knows exactly how their armor works (cuz he made and gave them) but he doesn't know Riri's suit is made out of vibranium so he couldn't one shot her until figure out how to take her down using skill.
