My mom was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. She's 84, and refused chemo and radiation. She's only doing diet. The doctors gave her 4 to 6 months to live. She beginning her 4th year of QUALITY life. You wouldn't know she has cancer. We went vegan 4 years ago, when we found out. Your two books and recipes has contributed to her longevity . Thank you for wonderfully tasting dishes. And mom says, "his kitchen is so clean!"..... We love you, Wil, and thank you! Tammera and Simone.

Tell your wife she is very blessed to have you.

Several years ago I went vegan for 6 months because of an abnormal laboratory result. When I went back for repeat labs, everything was normal. I'm no longer vegan but I cannot eat any 4-legged animals anymore because i'd get very sick. I love fish and chicken but sometimes I cook a vegan dinner and when I saw your recipes I thought i'd do it more often. I'm a 60 yr old woman and you are my hero!

I never liked to cook before. Had to go plant based due to health reasons and learn to cook - at 61!. So BLESSED to have found you! You make eating enjoyable and doable! Love your straightforward style. You make cooking look peaceful and exciting at the same time. And I feel confident I can do it!

Ahhh! Love the shots of Hong Kong, was there but it has been a while. I will never forget flying in at night - breathtaking! Cooking is my favorite vanity, i seem to have a attending spirit who shares magic in the kitchen I love to share and amaze others, especially if it is helping them taking their health up a notch! I just came across this random fact video after starting to watch many of your cooking videos for the last few months. I enjoyed every second of this, and am glad to find out we have a lot in common 😅 I also grew up with the video games and I was always impressed with Alfa Lira, the crew that did the Mega Man music and sounds with just 8-bits for Capcom. I also had Bruce Lee as one of my idols growing up, as was Jean Claude Van Damme! 😆 My favorite movies are also Terminator 2 (the first one as well), and the Lord of the Rings trilogy. I'm not vegan by any strech of the word, being a carne asada taco lover since I had teeth, but I love to try out your recipes! Keep up the incredible work, and thanks for sharing your talents with us!

I live in Las Vegas, it has definitely changed some for the better and some of it for the worst. My sister and 1 granddaughter eat only plant base meals. Hi Wil, I am loooving these vegan, Asian food videos of yours. I find myself clicking on them all! I am starting to lean into a more plant-based healthier lifestyle since being diagnosed with HBP. I love the fact that you bicycled in Toronto for Saiva Canada charity - SO Cool!! Can't wait to get your cookbooks and start eating with all that chili oil - it looks so great I can just imagine the taste! Just a warning --- be careful eating all those Kettle Potato Chips with salt - I know how good they are - I was addicted to Lay's Lime & Salt --- it can be bad for your arteries, as I'm finding out for myself.
