may not be helpful but if i can’t draw anything i usually take a nap (or maybe its just because im sleep deprived). I draw things from dreams or just feel less pressured to be able to draw something..

In my case yes, but in any case be careful with the fume (especially of the medium if you’re using one) because they can be very toxic, so even if the paint doesn’t “smell”, you should be in a well ventilated area.
