I've been in the States now for 20 years .. I still cannot fathom what the point of any of these hearings are ... does anyone ever get prosecuted for wrong doing ? Or is it just charade after charade after charade ... ?

Nobody ever gets prosecuted who should. They just toss some underling in jail if it ever gets that far. But you are on the right track that its charade after charade. They need to pretend they are doing work to make it look like democracy is happening and collect a check. "Are you not entertained?"

The leading problem with every Conservative’s and Libertarian’s “Liberty” argument is that none of you are capable of leaving the American people alone. That’s why your elected politicians have spent the past 50 years sabotaging a once effective economy and saddling the country with growing debt over counterproductive billionaire tax cuts.

Kamala Harris did the same thing with her children's books. *This is called "corporatism" and is completely different than capitalism. In fact, it's totally socialism in every sense of the word. Bernie (and many in the DNC including Hunter Biden) forces hard working tax payers to pay for the garbage they create and you have no say in the matter* Hunter Biden's artwork was bought for $800M for a finger painting he did. I believe in managed capitalism and Ayn Rand is a hack that fails to acknowledge the weaknesses of capitalism. Often the pursuit of near-term profits can have adverse long-term consequences impacting the quality of life for others. The perfect examples of this are air and water pollution from past and present. Given a chance pure capitalism can be highly destructive to long-term well-being.

My Uber driver this past weekend in Miami is an immigrant from Cuba. He said there is no food there. The citizens are starving they have no food. He expressed to me how happy he is to be in America with all the abundance of food and freedom he has here. He’s already saved up $20,000 to start the process of bringing his wife and daughter to the US. We exchanged numbers at his request. His best friend lives in Vegas. I told him if he’s ever in Vegas to hit me up.
