Фильм және анимация

Rancourt and Company Shoecrafters is an American made shoe company based in Lewiston, Maine. They specialize in the handsewn moccasin. In this documentary, I take you through the manufacturing process of making one of their best sellers, the Beefroll Penny Loafer in Horween's Natural Chromexcel.
The craftsmanship of American business is impeccable and should be more appreciated. I have seven pairs of Rancourt shoes, and some their belts. The build quality and materials are phenomenal. I have watched this video a couple of times and it reinforces my pride of ownership. This is a great family owned company. Service is second to none. When was the last time someone asked you what company made the shoes you were wearing? It happened to me several times, and I was proud to say Rancourt.

great and unique how the talented workers make these complicated shoes. Think these workers are worth their weight in gold and they will certainly collect a high salary every month. Especially the mocassin hand sewing is the madness and they have certainly long training and practice until you can make such perfect shoes. Sure the shoes are expensive but when you see the work and the material that is all this is really worth every dollar. 💪🍎🍍🍌🍉🍒🍓regards Peter

This type of videp in my opinion is some of the best of KZread. Just because Blackpink gets 100,000 times more views per video does not impress me, but the skills of these people does.

Their quality is great. I hope they can make the toe box and the heel box a little bigger. In such case I would buy all my shoes from them.

Can anyone identify the purpose of the stitching @ 24:30? Is this a faux/vanity stitch or does it serve a purpose?

Why do not they make hiking boots and working boots? it should be pretty easy for them. It is hard to find any such boots of true moccasin construction. They can do so and make good money.

I always thought Rancourt is using goodyear welt construction turns out its a blake with "decorative looking welt"? Such a shame and a waste of good quality material imo.

  • @anonymousotter6455

Fun fact: it's actually called a Moccasin construction. This is far from a waste imo, as these soles are still sturdily stitched onto the shoe and can still be resoled by Rancourt at least 2, maybe 3 times.
