I Love your videos! I’ve been wanting to get better at trick roping but keep putting it off and get frustrated as you all know and try to KZread it only to find most of it in Espanol. I’m glad we’ve got a tutorial in English. I’ve always appreciated a calf rope type truck roping instead of the Samson spot cord only because it looks cooler. Please continue to keep making better videos and tutorials each and everyday! I appreciate it very much and hopefully 2023 will be my year to get further along past the butterfly. Thanks!

Can not get this. The honda slides closed every time.

Have you watched the next video: How to Learn the Ocean Wave Catch Loop? It talks about making sure the first circle is going good to build centrifugal force so your honda doesn't slide away. You might also try using a bigger loop. Taking it around your back once, like in the other video is not too hard. Taking it around multiple times before you throw it, as I do here, is more difficult and requires knowing the ocean wave.

@@rhinestoneropers9204 I have watched and still have problems with the hondo sliding forward and collasping the loop. I'll just keep working on it. Thanks.
