In Ramadan, Chicken Butterfly is a delightful snack that’s often enjoyed during Iftar. Let me share a recipe for this crispy and flavorful treat:
• Step1: Chicken Marinade Preparation
Boneless chicken : 400 gram
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Red chili powder : 1 tsp
Salt : 1 tsp
Red chili crushed : 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder : 1/2 tsp
Tikka masala : 1 tbsp
Vinegar : 1 tbsp
Soya sauce : 1 tbsp
Corn flour : 2 tbsp
All purpose flour : 1 tbsp
Food color : 1 pinch (Optional)
Now cover it and rest it for 1 hour
• Step: 02 : Making Flour Slurry
Corn flour : 2 tbsp
Water : 3 tbsp
• Step 03: Assembling
Potato slices : 2 large size
Potato slices, Flour slurry, marinade chicken and toothpicks
• Step: 04 : Frying
Now heat up oil on medium flame
Flame low
Turn side after 2 minutes
