@@NewYorker8312 With all due respect, if you are Jewish, some of the most influential people in my life have been Jewish. I grew up around Blacks, Mexicans, Jews and a handful of whites. I know that many Jews lost their lives in the early civil rights movement to help Black people. I see the nation of Israel as being different from the Jewish people. Oct 7th was horrible, horrible. Yet, like a slave revolt, it can’t be taken completely out of the context of the previous 70 years. While I may feel that one side is more at fault than the other, both have done terrible things to each other, repeatedly. The nation of Israel is obligated to protect its citizens. Yet, a number of agencies or judicial bodies see the level of the response as genocide or ethnic cleansing at best. While there has been some returned weapons fire, the population of Gaza is mostly unarmed. I respect your right to your opinion. I hope that you will at least accept that others see things differently even if you think that they are wrong. All the best to you, brother or sister.

By the way Israel is an integral part of Jews, since there is only one Jewish country yet there are 22 Muslim countries just in the Middle East. What would you like Israel to do as a response to Oct. 7 especially since Hamas vowed to do it over and over again, more massacres? You have to offer a better alternative, not just criticize Israel. How is Israel supposed to eliminate Hamas when they hide behind civilians By the way if Israel wanted to commit genocide or didn't care at all about civilians they could just kill everyone in Gaza. I disagree with moral equivalency arguments completely. Do you know that before Oct 7, thousands of Palestinians were coming into Israel everyday to work, and many Israelis were helping Palestinians with taking them to Israeli hospitals. There is no equivalency throughout history. Please give me an equivalent of the Yom Kippur war where the Arabs attacked Israel on the holiest day of the year. Please point out where Israel did the equivalent to the 1972 Munich massacre of athletes. What is the equivalent of the 2001 disco bombing killing 21 young people, and other countless suicide bombing, stabbings, and terrorism? Israel returned the entire Sinai to Egypt in exchange for a peace agreement, basically a piece of paper with the hope of peace. Israel wants peace with the Palestinians, and the Palestinians want peace WITHOUT Israel.

So very very true. As an Egyptian, the majority of us want our government to take some solid step towards stopping the war, or at least forcing aid into Gaza, but we know our government will not do anything of the sort because the Military stakes are too high. We weren't even able to answer properly when we were accused that we are stopping aid from coming into Gaza.

ISRAEL REFUSES UPTO 90% of the aid, WATER PURIFIERS, SCISSORS, ANESTHESIA, OXYGEN CYLINDERS etc All life saving supplies 😡 They attack the few trucks they do let through along with those queuing for aid! Totally Barbaric 👺

Under Article 5 of the UN Charter any people under OCCUPATION have the right to defend themselves, including armed resistance. The Zionists are OCCUPYING Palestine and therefore Hamas being the democratically elected representatives of Palestine (The PLO refuse elections because they work for the Zionists and Hamas would win), have the internationally recognized right to defend against oppression, occupation and geno...code.
