Ahhh this brings back memories! I had it back in 2019 in the only shop in New York outside of Japan,it was so delicious ❤hopefully I’ll come to Japan soon so I can have it again ✨

一蘭行ったことはないのですが、店内はかなりプライベートな空間を大切にされてるようですね〜 有名なので名前は知ってはおりましたが、想像していた店内とはだいぶ違って面白いです

I've had the instant version of the ramen before. I hope to someday try the real deal. Hopefully in Japan, but I might try it in NY.

You know so much about Fukuoka ramen! Shin Shin went there at this time but unfortunately I didn't take a video. It was very good and I would like to review it if I get a chance.

@@sugoumajapanfood I haven't explored Fukuoka yet, but I'll be there later this year. I read about Shin Shin and how most people prefer it over Ichiran, and I look forward to trying it.

Wow they only pay 1200 yen/hr? And apparently that's above minimum in Japan, what are wages like there vs cost of living? In the US it's really hard to live even on ~2000 yen/hour. ($15 USD) at 40 hrs/week.

普通のとんこつラーメンに比べて、釜だれとんこつラーメンはスープの味が濃厚なのとチャーシューが分厚くてリッチなものになっていました！

Can customers order set meals that comes with …. Small salad, pickles, tempura, and dessert?

Ichiran has dessert (matcha almond pudding) but no salad or tempura!

When you're finished, do you call the worker and say you're done or do you just leave?

コスト　パフォーマンス最悪で、ここより美味しい豚骨ラーメン有るんだけどね 味を調整出来るのが良いのか？自分も世間の評判で何回が行ってる。食べつつ、あそこの店のが安くて美味いと、常々思う　爆笑
