Ramen stalls catering to local customers attract businessmen on their way home from work

This time I visited Robatayatai Tadashi to take photos. This food stall is actually a much-talked-about shop started by the president of the popular ramen shop ``Hakata Isso.'' All dishes are robatayaki and ramen for 500 yen. In addition to the standard chicken, they also have seafood such as turban shells and abalone, and there were some menu items that you wouldn't expect to be able to eat for just 500 yen. Alcohol is of course 500 yen per glass. They have a certain standard menu, but if they find something tasty that day, they add it to the menu. (Sometimes, there are days when there are sake brands that you wouldn't expect to be able to drink at this price.) When I asked the owner, Mr. Yamada, why there are menu items that are not profitable, he replied, ``I want my customers to go home satisfied, and I want them to be local. I want to create a stall that people will want to recommend.'' Although it has only been a short time since I started my food stall, it has been well received by the locals as a ``cheap, delicious, and fun food stall,'' and on this day it was crowded with office workers and locals on their way home from work.

    あれ❗一双さん屋台も始めたんだ❗ラーメンは出張で本店と中洲に食べに行った事が有りますが屋台は知らなかった☺️お店と味も違うなんて凄い拘りですね👍お店にない一品料理も有ってこれは福岡に出張に行く楽しみが増えました😁やっぱりスープが無くなると店仕舞いになるのかな⁉️今回も美味しい動画ありがとー😉👍🎶次回も美味しい動画お願いします🙇⤵️

    i know its a very japanese thing especially to go out with your coworkers like often, but man maybe go home and spend more time on your self interests or family? maybe thats why japanese ppl get burnt out on work, u spend more time with coworkers than not.

    本場豚骨ラーメン500円は高めなんだね(^_^;) 調べてみたら他にも安い所あるわ(^_^;) (高いのが悪いとは言ってない美味ければ1000円でも払う!)

    屋台でラーメン500円なら格安だと思うけどね 焼豚も直前に炭火で焙ってるし手間かけてるよ 全商品500円均一て最初に言ってるし観た感じだけど 行って間違いはない屋台だと思うよ
