hey rees.. loving the new, more focused rambles.. (i'll quickly add that i'm a big fan of your freeform rambles too) the idea of using a cray super computer to play mario really tickled me as it's the kind of thing 10 year old me would have thought too

It's been a few years since DE10-Nano was $99 tho - I think it's around £250 to get one shipped to the UK these days! Even then, when it was $99 I think it was subsidised by Intel

I'd caution against dismissing JoJo's Bizarre Adventure as a "fighting game based on Street Fighter 3" - the games, and especially the long-running and hugely popular manga series they are based on have a very loyal and dedicated fanbase who might not take kindly to that. Better ramp up those duolingo Japanese lessons so you can talk your way out of it :)
