hmm!

We were taught how to make these samosa parr by our mum. We make them smaller to fit our tawa obviously lol. You can see the hard work they put in. Everything done by hand. Its a shame they’re not clued up on hygiene though. The guy in the middle doing the rolling rubbed his hair and continued touching the dough.

I would not buy street food from India, China, Mexico and similar countries. Hygiene is at a very low level. The food is touched with the hands, exposed to wind, dust and all kinds of insects can land on it.

Yes! they are doing a really hard work. This is not for eating. It is manda, roll or samosa patti. The buyers puts the potato paste or spice on it, then fry it in deep oil.
