Мясо к плову всегда берётся баранина кг 30 а лук жарится курдючном жиру он приобретает золотистый цвет. В первые вижу на ростительном лук для плова жарили

Well done boys, looks delicious with high quality ingredients. I love the people in these videos of yours, they always look so friendly. Would love to visit pakistan, so many amazing places to see and experience including the amazing food like this and biryani. Is it okay for westerners to visit Peshawar and Khybar these days? I mean no disrespect and don’t wish to antagonize anyone, totally understand the conservative society. Just want to explore Central Asia like pak, Uzbekistan, and india - mainly because I’m a foodie. 😁 Am a man of Persian heritage btw, if it makes a difference. Appreciate any advice.
