To Make A Restaurant ??? They Will Not Give You, But It Is Easy For A Chef To Guess About That. Amén.

I love how they stacked the pots on top of each other when they were just sitting on the ground earlier. Seeing the birds overhead just moments before throwing in the chicken leaves much to the imagination. Dragging the rice filled baskets along the floor and then dumping them into the cook pot along with all that excess water must have added loads of extra flavour as well. I'm convinced they have one of the best immune system in world when I see how they prepare meals.

(лучше на ярмарке брать вообще) Кондитерка-торты, конфеты, печенье. Сыр и дешёвая "молочка" Тут просто покупаешь подороже и читаешь, что покупаешь.

надо отдать должное -- не ожидал такой чистоты в пакистанской кухне! санитарией это конечно не назовешь, но заметьте, посуда -- чистая! ее мыли не далее как вчера! почти все манипуляции с ингредиентами -- проводятся ложками. в ходе готовки никто не положил ложку на пол или на грязную поверхность. никто не вывалил на пол сырье и не вернул потом в котел. под конец один парень конечно раскидывал специи рукой, но только раз за весь цикл. никто не сел жопой на рубочную колоду, никто не вляпался босой ногой в рис. в какой-то момент босая нога находилась в опасной близости от нарубаемого мяса -- но они элегантно разминулись! специи все в упаковке. одноразовые контейнеры -- чистые. мое почтение, пакистан, я бы без особой опаски отведал этого бирьяни. это вам не индия.

They treat people with lighter skin as if they are descendants of the King or Queen. I was treated very badly at the airport and they wanted to take my money as a bribe. The police poked me with their guns, I was in school and at the age of 24.

Here's what I see! I see a great business, everyone is doing their job, everyone knows what to do, lot of equipments, lot of ingredients, most importantly you try to stay clean! that's team work there, that's a great business, but I recommend a good place with suitable kitchen, if you gain money from this, try to make the next step by improving the place, sells will increase! @@havenzhiv what about cooking the chicken in a hygienic area and not allow dust/dirt/microbes get in the food? You can still keep safe from those evil sugars fats and salts and not have to compare. Somehow I prefer my food balanced on sugar/fat/salt, but would also like to not have soil, feet wash and bird shit in it. Am I nuts and asking too much?

I love seeing videos from other countries, but why is everything always so filthy? Do they never wash anything? And why do they prep all the food on the floor? Do they not have tables to keep all the food clean and away from the filthy floor? The cooking pots seem clean enough, but the spices are in cans sitting on the floor, and you can see filth falling off the bottom of the spice containers into the food as he goes around putting spices in the pots. That is why nothing should be placed on the ground. Also, why do they have all the pots out in the open where the huge flocks of birds can crap into them? Then they stack the pots one on top of the other so everything on the bottom of one pot will fall into the one underneath it.

I've known people from both Pakistan and India. They both say the same thing. 1) Don't sleep with their women. 2) Don't eat the street food or drink the water. These two rules apply to many,many countries. Stay in the Western/British sections of the town. Drink only known brand name water from bottles. Eat only from the Western/British restaurants who follow Western standards. If you don't follow these rules, you could come home in box. And I'm not kidding. I'm not knocking their way of life but you have to be born and raised there to be able to handle the street food. Travel Thirsty has been around and might be able to handle it to a degree. I don't know.

I have seen some Japanese restaurant kitchens from the back alley view. These small mom and pop stores, maybe in business since the begin of time. Not going to lie, it is a lot better but still with plenty of room for improvement. They would be shut down in no time according our health regulations.

Esa gente si tienen la ropa sucia y trabajan de forma antihigiénica. Estoy seguro que si algún día voy a Pakistán esa comida no la como. No sé por qué algunos dicen que se ve delicioso. Todo está sucio y húmedo. Las cacerolas están en el piso por Donde caminan lleno de humedad y las colocan unas encima de las otras a los golpes sin preocupaciones. Thousands of birds flying over open pots. Traffic dust. Bottoms of pots from asphalt/walk go on top of open pots. The rest is much better, even the rice on the floor does not bother me. Would I eat it YES. I'm sure it smells and tastes fantastic 😍😍😊 I am from America -- And there is worse food prep contamination here in many, many fast food and other restaurants.

When I come to Pakistan and India I will not eat street food.

All the great meats aside, Pakistani piaz, gajar and aloo carry upwards of 80% of the texture and flavor. Mashalah.

God bless these people for preparing food so they can sustain a living. My biggest concern is always, proper sanitation and handling of food especially meat. And they don't use gloves or utensils. 😒 And it's in the street and Pakistan is extremely hot and so many people handling and preparing. I guess the locals are ok with this because it's the norm. Aside from that. Yummy! The biryanee looks delicious! And it looks like they used bismati rice or jasmine which is the best for biryani. 👍

What is the white powder that they put in after the green chilies? It looks like some sort of starch but I'm not sure.

only when i watch these types of videos i can really appreciate HCCP.

The skill of just eyeing the engredients is amazing but the Hygiene between preparation, the workplace & the employees raises a lot of concern. If only they can bring these factors up to standard the product would be more appealing & enjoyable not just for locals but for foreigners who are not used to this kind of practice.

I can only assume by your comment that you're not experienced with street food from Asian countries. This is pretty normal stuff, it's as hygienic as its going to get. I find your comment typical from a western point of view, very naive.

It's first time I ever watched one of yours video it's awesome thanks. It's very instructive ! I'm from Pakistan too. Theirs method for cooking Beryani is unique it's some what similar to what I know, all the seasoning and grinding up some spices etc. Though they are adding a lot! But for rice isn't you need the double the amount of water for the rice you are cooking. And what they did I think they cooked the rice separately, that's new! I didn't follow it up from there. what they did there and I think you miss out that part to vlog in your video.😆

Fantastic preparation. Hats off. Rice is washed, soaked, boiled upto 70 percent in spiced water and rest 30 percent cooked in the biriyani pot.

It's street food they say otherwise who wants to eat food from those dirty containers? They can't even wear gloves and their wears flying over the pots. The presenter should have trained them that he is showing them to the world. Good luck to those that eat this, one was cutting the chicken with bandage wrapped around his rt hand without gloves. There must be a cleaner street food in that country.
