As someone once suggested to me years ago, "You know you're going to get over it sooner or later .. so why not make it sooner?"

Anger dissipates when we let go of our preconceived illusions of who we thing we are, being authentic and leading with empathy, compassion and love. Ram Dass is the guru within all of us, he reaffirms what we all know but have forgotten

Thank you! This has freed up much emotion and allowed me to see the Truth; via the story at the end about the Samurai... and the wisdom he shared.. via conversation w/the killer of his master. What a lens... to view through, and revelation of Truth principle to unlock being held hostage by emotion & grasping. Thank you!! 😊🌟🌻

Stay safe in your bubble and never come out, until someone takes it from you. Anger is a gift mf.

Also watch what you eat folks. What you eat can make you angry. There’s a lot of food out there that has been tortured and is full of frustration. I’m not vegan or vegetarian. I’m free range and organic.

I think people actually need to be a lot more angry than they are right now. So many things are being taken away from them, daily, step by step. If i was more paranoid i'd think you work for the government, haha. Resentment (that you talk so pretty about) is different story and comes from ones unresolved internal conflicts. Just like cowardiace. Cowardiace to embrace your anger and get done what needs to be done. Ugh. live a real life for once, please.
