“Any experience we have through our senses-whether of sound, or of light, or of touch-is a vibration. And a vibration has two aspects: one called ‘on,’ and the other called ‘off.’ Vibration seems to be propagated in waves, and every wave system has crests and it has troughs. So life is a system of ‘now you see it, now you don’t.'” - Alan Watts

It's just a brief intro providing context -- one minute and 20 seconds. Take it easy.

I appreciated Marks intro, I only just found out Alan had a child 😅. Thanks, Mark. You're a great son

I wish Mark would leave the talking to his dad. Mark loves his own voice too much, the rest of us don't!

I try to take the good with the bad, Mark had helped a lot behind the scenes I'm sure. When I come for an Alan video I just skip past it but there's no reason to hate

You can just skip on by, no need to be so negative about it, be thankful they are sharing it. I like to hear the first hand stories from some of these talks. He was there recording many of them as a child and got to see what was going on behind the scenes. Be a decent person, yikes.

I find Mark’s intros useful. I like to know the year of the talk and where it took place.

You could just skip the intro without saying anything here (which mark isn't likely to see). Maybe you like your voice too much?

Well we can see you don’t follow any of his teachings…you just proved who you really are
