Hadn't listened to terrestrial radio for years at the time, and KROQ had basically become and "oldies" station, for GenX. But the way they treated Ralph was the last straw. I used to love KROQ, getting the tower records kroq Callender every year, went to the 1st acoustic Christmas, listened to Poorman do Love Lines, and remember hearing the Germs on Rodney on the Roq. Jed the pudding fish, Swedish Eagle, all of it. Shame on Kevin and Frijole.

Was sure as hell the last day I listened to the show and the station.

Funny how, when it was Lisa May (and Doc), it was "just the way it is in radio" and she and the fans just needed to accept it, according to Ralph. But when it's him, oh, THEN it's some big personal issue. Looks like the hand's on the other foot now, isn't it, Kramer?

Fuckin exactly! What a tool Ralph is. As soon as I heard how he treated the whole Lisa and Doc situation I hoped he would be next and not that far behind. Because guess what. It's the Kevin and Bean show. That's why they get paid big bucks. Oh and being the #1 show in LA for 20+ years helps their paycheck too.

Rodney was at this shit station long before the 2 morning douche bags and Kevin Smith’s personal ass licker. And look how they treated Rodney. Fuck Kevin Bean Ralph, hopefully with Bean leaving soon that will be the final nail in the coffin of a very lazy not funny show. And Baba Booey to you all

Nailed it! I dropped off after the canned Lisa. Seems petty, there's more important stuff to listen to for the morning drive anyway.

Isn't this exactly what he watched happen to (and did to) Lisa May when she got shit canned a couple years earlier? At least he got an on-air goodbye. All of us who grew up listening and loved Lisa didn't even get to wish her luck. I never got over it and after listening to show since I was in grade school I've never listened again.

The Hollywood report was one of my favorite parts if not my favorite …

I loved Ralph on the show...he MADE that show nonBoring. His tang and zip was the thing that made me laugh. Too sad.

There is now a void on this show. And the elephant in the room quietly stares back every time I hear a bad impression. #RIPRALPH

Man i miss hearing ralph, such a talent.

Interesting when he was sitting on the safe side of the table watching Lisa May get axed earlier that year, he didn't echo those sentiments about her treatment. I guess what goes around, comes around.

Rick Baker bit harsh on Ralph. He wouldn’t have made the decision to fire Lisa. Plus the bloke has a family, even if he felt that way he had to keep his mouth shut

But the truth remains the truth no matter who wears the moment. It's hard for me to listen to him judge the people who remained employed and act like he never sat in their shoes under similar circumstances. If you're saying he couldn't say anything because he had family when Lisa May was axed, then shouldn't that same consideration be given to his peers when he had to make the exit? Maybe they couldn't speak.

That show has never been the same. I have stopped listening because my absolute favorite parts of the show were all of Ralph’s bits and the showbiz news.

It makes me so sad. Its hurtful as a listener. It’s nice to hear the little clips with Ralph’s voice though!

Ralph's final show is the last time that I tuned to KROQ. I listen to The Ralph Report now

I guess they really wanted Hot Karl. Either way the show got too expensive for the stations budget. Ralph probably made good money off of Family guy and wanted more. Beermug and Omar are still there so they must have had lower salaries.

K n b got greedy and wanted their $$$. Thats whats killing bean now, he knows he back stabbed lisa, doc and ralph for his $$$

Weren't Doc and Lisa actually sub contracted out by the the parent company and not Kevin and Bean or KROQ. Hence why they were phased out
