Howard really juts says stuff. alot of it he doesnt even mean. The big thing was is that Jay Leno used to steal bits when howard had the popular E! show back in the 90s. They would do a bit, then Jay would do it. "Are you smarter than a 5th Grader?" was a stern show bit that they couldnt do after some guy created that TV show. He had legitimate gripes, but, yes, He does present himself 2 ways: with an over inflated ego and self deprecating. Its why people love/hate him

During the 15 minutes Howard talked about Ralph passing,we learned from Howard, he instructed Ralph to call in multiple times to bring up topics so that Ralph looked like the bad guy not Howard himself. This was most likely one of those situations.Howard was hiding his anger of Kimmel taking what Howard felt was his own bits and expressing it through Ralph.

Did you listen to the clip. Howard brought it up, played the clip and accused hin of stealing. Artie also accused Jimmy of ripping Howard off then after that Ralph called in. Howard then manipulated the situation to make it seem like Ralph brought it up ans made the accusations. Arrie also followed suit and acted liek he didn't say the same

@@IAEMThatIAEM I never liked him. That whole "alternative comedy" scene is pretty cringe imo. I hear he was funny in the Hangover tho any of his standup material that i've seen wasn't appealing to me. I seem to remember comedy central pushing his stuff in a big way, a number of years before the Hangover. "Huge" probably was over stating it though, I can agree with that.

That said, it was definitely not Mick Jagger as he sang back up on the song with her (you can hear him during the chorus’s.) Though they had a fling as well it seemed they were amicable hence the song.

This is hilarious because it's already insanely delusional and narcissistic to accuse another show of stealing such generic bits from you, but then Kimmel comes back with his argument that no, he didn't steal, but in fact both their shows are recycling material from the previous century. And then Howard achieves the epitome of comedy by claiming that Ralph knows how to fight without a hint of irony.

My God. The last part from the wrap up show where Gary makes up prediction about Ralph dying alone was chilling. I don't care what anyone says, I liked listening to Ralph on the Howard Stern show. Like stuttering John or Casey or even JD, he was an important part of the show. And even more importantly, it's sad that he died. He wasn't that old. And when I listen to Howard Stern's take on their conversation they had the night before he died, apparently Ralph got upset about the fact that he was alone. He was regretful that he did not have a partner as he was about to enter into this really big surgery/illness. That's real stuff. That's real human tragedy in my opinion.

To pretend that Howard Stern did not innovate radio and podcasting is absolutely ludicrous. To this day, Joe Rogan sat in the Jackie chair. To pretend as though he didn't influence all those people is Ludacris

Get a life. You’re out here arguing by yourself in 40 comments. Also hilarious that you’re so thick, that you think ludicrous is spelled out like the rapper’s name 😂😂😂

Who pretends that? The only part I hated is when howard scoffed at Podcaster saying it will die out in no time. Now it's THE platform to use. Way more accessible and profitable than radio

You're saying things that no one says. Ppl have a problem with Howard taking bits that already existed and telling everyone he invented them.
