Putting up hay was one of my favorite jobs on the farm. The smell of newly cut alfalfa or even prarie hay was amazing.

Thats a nice setup and sure is a time and money saver . I have been around setups with the rake mounted to tractor front 3 point and they pull the baler behind them like usual

That makes for some efficient baling. Take good measurements, you can add this to your operation Jacky. If you doubt yourself, another (recently deceased) KZreadr, North Texas Hay built his power shaft to power either his square baler or round baler. Several versions of bale beds are on most Kansas farm trucks, usually can handle 2 bales. Because cattle are spread out on rented pastures or winter wheat field over the winter, it is necessary to travel to supplement cattle feed with baled hay. Some bale beds unroll the bales.
