This young French Lass, has brought tears to my eyes. Because she's a split image of my long lost girlfriend I left in England, some 30years ago. It's really lovely to see someone who reminds one of Someone I Used to Know..😢. LuvU Mame...thanks for the memory...😘...As we all have double somewhere in this crazy World...😊😅😂....
The horserider is like some character from a romantic or warriors tale. The more I watch...the more I admire. The way he was sat on his noble steed & then they twirled around in perfect harmony. The programme is almost over the whole thing was mesmerising...especially the horseman, Ajid & of course the horses. I will shush up now. Thanks for a great documentary
I literally just watched a video about India's geography and it's amazing how they have shaped much of the desert into habitable land.

This video is magnificent. I had never really seen anything about this region of India. And yes, I know there are countless gods and great religious variety in India. But I didn't know that in Rajasthan there is a temple for a motorcycle that houses the god of bikers.
The ancestral crest of the Maharanas of Udaipur feature a Maharana standing on one side and a Bhil standing on the other side, supporting a crest with a pictoral of Chittorgarh Fort. The Maharanas have always honored the Bhils, for they are a support in the times of war and desperate events. Who could live without the Bhils? The Bhils are like the Bedu in Arabia....they know the deserts well and know how to live in it.
Be proud of yourself! The horses need you and you need them. You are a fine man
I’m a huge believer in keeping good traditions alive
I remember working in Rajasthan for a fortnight when I was 22. What an experience.
Unveiling the mystique of Rajasthan, where Maharajas' legacy still lingers.
Too beautiful to attempt any words… Ajit and his Mawari horses took my breath away… thank you for a great documentary.
They are beautiful souls.
Totally Touchable 😊 To ruin their graveyard & this whole culture of caste is the shame of the bhramin. If they want to get picky....then i pick these humble, gentle & very ingenious people 🎉🎉🎉 Best wishes to Jabbra...the new King of the desert🎉

My understanding is that the Untouchables were the offsprings of inter-caste couplings, a mortal sin long ago. The Untouchables were basically paying for the sins of their ancestors. The object for the stiff laws against Untouchables were to kill them off. But the religious leaders probably underestimated human resilience. The Untouchables survived and even flourished in some areas.

Good many thanks to the honourable Director,Musician and Producer for this educational & excellent documentary film .
They speak English! Why does it need to be dubbed in English!? Mindboggling! Where can I watch the original?
I would love to visit the land of kings my ancestors left there maybe 900+ years ago and carried stories from a long the way even tho we don't look like them any more I wonder how we would get along

At 37:00 there is this absolutely glorious horse. A man is on his back speaking and this beautiful horses' ears almost touch each other and make a circle. I'm a woman in the United States that lives in Ocala Florida the horse capital of this nation and I have never in all my days seen a horse's ears like that horse. If anybody's paying attention to poor lack of knowledge me could you please tell me what breed that horse is? Living in the horse capital of the nation you would think I would have at least seen a picture of this kind of horse before. Thanks in advance for reading this.

Incredible India
India is THE most populace country in the world!
And just like that... I am going to India
Please don’t propagate misinformation by using the word- “untouchables” repeatedly.
Great and honest documentry i seen from long time...i am also from Rajasthan living in Aust.
I've been to Rajasthan about a dozen times - starting in 1981. To me the most enchanting place is Jaisalmer: 'A horse of wood, a frame of stone will bring you to Jaisalmer alone'.
Very adventurous french woman. Love it. What an amazing video.
These people are beautiful, you can see their goodness and humble hearts. How can someone full of religion will call the image of the divine an untouchable. Religious people can be really evil and hypocritical. Surprise, surprise at the end of the age, for the meak of heart shall inherit the land. So motte be! I would love to spend some time with these people and learn from them. Is terrible how religion has a big share on spreading the hate and also injustice all over the world. When humanity is going to understand the gravity of the error.

Exactly. Its the same the world over. Those at the bottom of the social structure are deemed of value only as scapegoats . To smash that mans parents´ grave is to wound him deeply. And , of course , that was the intended effect. " Out with you into the desert , you shitty little goat. Get your pathetic bleating out of earshot. "
beautiful video, beautiful landscapes and beautiful people, thanks
This document must be used for more tourism industry by the India Government Tourism Department . Also, as an Indian, I believe that our beloved Chetak ( Rana Pratap's horse) will come back through the new generation of Marwari Horse -- the Indian Heritage.
It was beautiful, I just didn't like how every single dialogue was translated even though it was in English. Some of it could've been shown in subtitles so we could hear their accent of English too.

Great documentary. As a south Indian it breaks my heart that there are bad people who would trouble Bhils or low caste people even in this age. This thing also happens in south. Discrimination and hatred based on social status.

U know i lived in the U.S and i've lived in the U.K and u see so many locals & immigrants committing crimes, breaking the Law in some shape or fashion;complaing about BS and nonsense! And then u have these people who certainly understood about struggle ( having to walk distances to get their Water) but with all of that said they have and retain more dignity about them, than those that i mentioned! They have my utmost respect and Prayers,i wish them well! Because ur Health is ur Wealth! But with all of that said,I don't understand these Foreigners ( many single Women) looking for adventure ( like some kind of new hobby) This isn't France, riding Bikes in the middle of no where,u cant just call the Police!!Kidnapping for Ransom can appear quite a lucrative Business for Criminals!

why are there English voice overs for the parts in English?
@tarquinbullocks1703

Agreed. The people should be allowed to speak in their own voices where possible. It's a mistake by the documentary makers to do this.

@@Strik9 Makes no sense. The peoples' spoken English is perfectly understandable. What the voiceover is suggesting to students in schools - by your measure - is that the natives cannot be understood. And that's totally incorrect and, quite honestly, demeaning to both the participants in the programme and the students watching.
I've experienced it personally when 2 of them brought that mindset here...talked down to me like a dog...think their better because of wealth...cheated many out of money could nolonger work for them

10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. 11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
