Lukewarm milk 70ml+-
Active dry yeast 6g|2tsp
Bread flour 300g|2,1/8cup
Sugar 30g|1/8cup
Salt 2.5g|1/2tsp
Whole egg 3 (55g+- an egg)
Unsalted butter 80g|1/3cup
Raisin 100g|1/2cup

I made this bread with a few alterations to the recepie and it turned out really well. I used about 60g of margarine and baked for 35mins. The texture was soft and fluffy. But I would increase the sugar by 15g next time. Thank you for the recepie. I am definitely keeping it.

Breed (normal? bread) have no eggs... No butter... No milk... and many times, no sugar...

Are you sure the baking temperature is 370°F for 17 minutes? In the past, I usually bake toast at 356° F for 40 minutes. Since it was my first time to bake brioche, I followed the video step by step. After cooling, I cut it and found it was uncooked inside. I baked it for another 18 minutes at the same temperature, but the inside was still undercooked. This is my first time making toast failure.😢

Bột đã ủ lần 1,nở đủ gấp đôi rồi, mà đến lúc tạo hình,bạn còn chà xát lăn vò…làm đứt gluten, nên nhìn bánh không kéo sợi.

It seems that Apron doesn’t respond to people’s questions, l believe someone said in a comment that they bake it for around 35 mins.
