I know you may not see this, since it's been about 10 hours that the video has been up, but I had to share this with you. Please continue to take your girls to see the scenery. I remember being just like them with my parents. Dad loved to travel to older towns and look at the original architecture. My sister and I would be so bored, but dad told us why he found such beauty in each structure. As an adult, I know see what he saw and marvel at how the buildings were crafted without benefit of our modern tools. When we travel to these types of towns, it's a if Mom and Dad are there with us. So while Agatha may not appreciate it today, there will come a day that she'll remember all you taught her in these trips and appreciate the gifts of experience you have given her. Well done both of you!

with all due respect because I know making video's takes a lot, Agatha is lonely and has a lot of energy. I think she really does need her mom to pay more attention to her. Not criticizing just observing. she is a high energy child.

The first thing I thought when you mentioned the restaurant in the middle of nowhere run by the Polish family was omg she is in Udabno! About 10 years ago a popular Polish vlogger made a documentary about Udabno. Which was pretty cool, by the way. And I think that film might have inspired these people to run their business there. Anyway, I really enjoyed your vlog and hope to visit Udobno soon.

Lovely video! My family and I recently went to a Georgian restaurant here in Chicago, USA for the first time because after watching your videos and other's, I wanted to try the cuisine. There are a lot of meat-based meals but also plenty of vegetarian options, all delicious. We had to have the khachapuri-- bread stuffed with cheese (Ajaruli version) which was delicious but rich! People also tried Ajapsandali-- eggplant, potato, tomato, peppers, onions, and spices, and Chakhokhbili which is basically a chicken version of the same it seems. The seasonings are wonderful-- I have to learn more about the spices used. They do seem to like using fresh coriander/ cilantro, as well as garlic and walnut. I'm a fan of all of those. I'm going to have to learn how to make Georgian walnut stuffed eggplant rolls because I'm craving them right now and it is a bit of a trek into the city!
