Electrics are quite cheap but the rent price went insane this year for a country like Georgia because of all the people moving🥲 It was at least 3 times cheaper just about a year ago which is so upsetting. But I understand that it's just how the market works. One-bedroom apartments in the city with a similar nice style nowadays would start from 700-800$ depending on the district and go up closer to the city center. So it just made more sense for us to rent a little house further from the city, we found ours for 1100$. But people have very low salaries here so it's kinda crazy anyway and everybody hopes that the market will calm down at least a little bit. If it will continue to grow then maybe we'll be looking for a different place to move to.

But the food is quite affordable here especially seasonal fruits and veggies compared to other western countries. And services are much cheaper since the labor is cheap and salaries are low.

Agatha is so cute and getting so grown up. My favorite thing in the house is the space for the cat litter box and the rat cage where they can see into the kitchen area. Love your sweet, beautiful cat. Hope you do film the outdoor space with the bbq area.

It's so nice that the rentals come furnished! I *love* tiles. Having a one-story house is SO much better for little kids, especially when Adelina starts crawling and learning to walk!

What a cute house. The under bed lights are awesome especially if nature calls in the middle of the night you don't have to turn on an overhead light that blinds you at first. Agatha is getting so big and she's so sweet.

I enjoyed watching your new house tour. My favorite part is the special lighting at the ceiling and under the bed. I think the stove with both gas and electric is brilliant. Little Adeline is just beautiful and Agatha is practicing for her own KZread channel ❤️.

For the clothes on the closet you can use a pretty shorter box to keep the clothes organized . You can get a cardboard box leftover from a store and wrap it. You could also have your husband make boxes for clothes to go in.

Agatha was so adorable! You could tell she was excited y’all were filming and she was trying to be like her mommy. The house is beautiful! I love that it’s all on one floor and is more manageable for you to clean.

Thank you for the tour! Little tip for plants to thrive: they need light, lots of light. If you can place them in front of windows, but not over the radiators (direct heat is not good), they will thank you.
