Oh Jen, What a lovely video! I enjoyed it immensely! Rain or no rain Finland is a beautiful country. We live in Boston, USA. The pace is fast. I believe in "stop and smell the roses". I like when we pause our life to enjoy and appreciate the life that we have. I'm a woman of a certain age. You have giving me a lot of insight. I wish I lived closer to a place with saunas. I think that I can have a "reasonable fact similarly" once my bathroom redo is completed. Many things are going on in our lives now. Both me and my husband will be having surgery in the coming months. It's not a bad thing. It will improve the quality of our lives. Thank you, Jen for being such respite in this challenging world. Another beautiful video Jen, thank you. Helsinki looks amazing and so many nice places to explore with lots of shops and cute cafes, looks like you have a good public transport system. Love the sauna and your chicken soup. It is spring 🌼 here in Sydney but our weather is all over the place at the moment, today was top of 17 degrees Celsius and raining but only a week ago it was 38 degrees Celsius 🥵, not looking forward to a hot summer but otherwise grateful that we get to have all 4 seasons. Today is my son’s 18th birthday and we went out for dinner and the restaurant had the heaters on though they said that a couple of days ago they had the cool air on. Have a lovely week Jen Xx

Well it´s been raining and it´s cold in Iceland right now brrrr!!! I love rest and slowing down cus of my health and anxiety which can creep up at any time so uncomfortable. And you are totally on point with the warm tea or coffe and some treats during the dark winter months. Love your calm videos

I live in Los Angeles, California and it has been very hot and dry. I don’t like the dryness at all. Today is the first day that it is not feeling so hot and I am glad for it. Love your routine. It feels so easy and peaceful. I am going to start going to the sauna at my gym at least once per week (thank you for the inspiration). Taking care of my mental health is super important for me also. Thanks again for your wonderful video!
