I was always curious how people from warmer countries experience the seasons. Can u tell more? 👀 Do u normally feel the change in the vibe and stuff?

@@a.personofficial in Greece even though it doesn't get chilly that quick, we do feel the change in the weather! We currently have 29 degrees Celsius as the highest temperature but during winter it can get to 13 degrees and lower. In the north of Greece it can get even colder, like 5 degrees. We do experience the seasons, but not as intense as other countries 😅

@@poppycalliope oh that is really similar to west germany. We have 20C today. In the winter is mostly between -5C to 0C. The coldest ive experienced was -15 a few times. I thought in greece it always stays at 10C

Yes I do worry! It’s very rare that I ever leave her in the car even for 5 minutes and I only do when I can park right outside the shop and be quick but completely agree it’s something I’m super aware of! xx

Loved this video.. I’m watching from recent to old as I’m new here. I agree with you regarding DE products. There have been some conversations on this and I think a nutritionist mentioned that it’s unfortunately the compromise one makes when going as mainstream as her brand is now growing to, and to keep things at a decent price point, but I feel the same way I choose them sparingly but still love the app ! I noticed the same with the Deliciously Ella products. DE vegan pesto is made with seed oil whereas Belazu make theirs with olive oil. DE is going for high sales now rather than quality.

Hannah, what do you think of the added stuff in oat/almond/coconut milks? I am a frequent consumer and was so shocked when another KZreadr pointed out that in most brands less than 10% is oat/almond or coconut. Especially in Starbucks/costa who use these “drinks” because they can’t call them milks. Is there any brand you know of that sell milks with less added stuff? Thank you

We never buy milks with added oils etc! Plenish is a great brand, Rude Health, the Oatly Organic milk has no oil. There are lots of options just avoid the barista ones 🥰

Interesting what you said about DE products. Have you read her book How To Go Plant-Based? I really like how well balanced her approach is, it includes healthy fats and she also seems to recognise progress over perfection is more attainable for the majority. I know some of her stuff has different branding, I assume that ties to the ingredients. Maybe the things with seed oils are to make plant-based foods more accessible to a variety of budgets (and tbh it is cheap to produce and make $$). I want to give her brand the benefit of the doubt because it seems like the lesser of two evils versus meat and dairy etc. but I understand your disappointment.

Elevenses is a very established thing

I feel the same with the DE products rapeseed in a lot of the products, I like some of her recipes but I hardly buy the products as not a healthy option for me. Plus they are expensive and there are better options out there. Disappointing really!

Mine was vegan! You can’t get the cold brew pumpkin foam - that’s the only thing that’s not possible vegan I think xx
