Hey, I have strep and i woke up a 2 in the morning and didn't fall asleep till 11 helped me sleep a bit better. Very stressed abt what will happen just because of a little throat pain. Thanks for posting this it helped me a lot! :) (note I still haven't fallen asleep and have just found this vid but this worked four months ago so it will work again.)

Little side note didn't fall asleep. But it's not their fault that I hurt. Still helped calm me down but I couldn't sleep. Would still recommend tho.
