In January of 1970, this song was #1 on the charts. I had just gotten home from the Vietnam War, my wife was in hand, living in San Francisco and walking across the Golden Gate Bridge. Life was too cool and we were so young at that time. Now it's 50 years later, she's gone... and I find that there are so many things I want to do. At this point in time... I can only wish I had another 50 years as "Raindrops Keep Fallin' on my Head"

God bless, I was born in 71 and this record was played all the time. It brings back the simpler times of my extreme younger youth. I really miss all of my elder family that we’re healthy and alive at that time. God bless them all.

RIP BJ Thomas ❤ I was born in 1968 and this is my all time favorite song. I used to standup in the seat and sing this in my Dads VW bug. My dad died 3 years ago and I CANNOT hear this song without crying. I still love it!

The sound track of my preschool years just recognizing what music was. This song paints a clear picture of those memories as a child in the early 70’s
