Use colored cables matching your epoxy. the colored cables show through the epoxy. And also, add power injection at least at the end of the led strip, so you can run full white a full brightness without much voltage drop

holy this is amazing, would be possible to reduce the number of LED and have a panel before the epoxy that softens the light even more? to achieve the same effect as govee neon led strips?

Possibly, it might be something to consider. Assuming you want a more uniform look, I think it might be simpler to increase the depth of the epoxy while reducing the concentration of white dye. And if I were to do this again, I would double the density of the LEDs.

Do you expect lack of heat dissipation will cause an LED lifespan issue?

"I love to work with Metric, although I'm an American".... Said no American ever. Well except for you! You should try to find the matching color of the wood with the LED's, when there's no animation going on I think that would look cool.
