Incredible volleyball. The quality of our Wahines have grown with such maturity and confidence; I have really enjoyed their games; even though they seem to be out of sync. You can observe their commitment to improve every set in their game. TENACIOUSLY AWESOME!

Chris is right, I think the fans should stand on every match point not only on aloha ball. I think that would be awesome! Thanks for the upload! This was a great match! Wish I was there at the SSC to have witnessed and experienced the crowd and all that great volleyball. Mahalos!!!

Thank you for finally getting this uploaded! The depth of this years squad is impressive and they're probably my favorite squad since that all-star team of Kahumoku, Willoughby, and Kamana'o etc,. The refereeing kind of got out of control, or lacked control, but it made for some great suspense in the end! Watching from Minneapolis. Really appreciate the work!

Mahalo so much, UHVBFT. I was disappointed when you said you wouldn't be able to upload this game because you would be at the SSC for both this match and EWU. The fourth and fifth sets were the Wahine best games of the year. Thanks again.

I'm so glad Hawaii won! Go Wahine!!! Why did Florida not have Rhamat in game??? Florida's rotation was not good. Wahine capitalized on that fact. Rhamat is the strongest player at the net for FL. She should have been in especially during game 5.

47:53 for "experienced" volleyball commentators, I cant believe they dont know the rules of the game. Liberos cannot open hand set the ball in front of the 3m line.
@gregmagrum7044
8 жыл бұрын
+Awesomereiyk Actually liberos can. just a hitter cannot make contact with the ball over the plane of the net for the next contact- so the commentators were right- it was considered a back row attack

They cannot open hand set in front of the 3m line. It is still called a backrow violation but not for the attack. It was for the open handset

It's bothered me for sometime but I hate it when Shoji walks on the sidelines with his hands on his hips and yells at the girls. In some countries, that is a sign of disrespect.

+Antbeast23 You've never seen the most successful women's vball coach in history, Russ Rose of Penn State, stalk the sidelines with his hands on his hips yelling at his players. It's rare that he even get up from his chair during play.

J Nicolas oh well i'm talking for all sports but i guess it's rare in volleyball. But like i said every coach is different.

J Nicolas Russ Rose is only calm because, if he had a bunch of talented girls that didn't need correcting so he didn't do anything because they kept winning. So he thinks that if we win were good and we don't have to improve.
