NORMAL PEOPLE IS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL SHOW. I watched it before reading the book which I never do and then I listened to the audiobook and it was a much better experience than reading it physically because of the narrator's Irish accent and everything!

It took me a few days to digest reading Normal People, I think I enjoyed it all the more because of Mariane, I recently read Conversations with Friends also from Sally Hooney and I enjoyed it a lot too. love reads with the sound of rain :) 🤎🖤

Haven’t read the book, but let me get this straight. A white man, talking about his attraction to (I assume) a white woman, says it is like he is committing a crime? ...interesting. As a lesbian, that is fascinating. 🙄 A beautiful vlog, as always! 💚 I haven’t decided on my next book yet, but I have three coming in the mail. A fantasy sequel, a book on Irish nationalism, and the new book from an environmental journalist I love. So, currently deciding if I want to start a new book, or wait for them to arrive and lose at least a week.
