Found a pocket of time for some much needed solitude to finally watch this, and I found myself feeling more positive about getting back into reading as well as my growth, albeit slow, in new hobbies I'm trying to learn like crocheting. Thank you Veda for reminding me to be kind to myself >< A goal of mine is always to be loving and kind towards others but I needed to be reminded to share the same love with myself esp in ways I wasn't aware I wasn't already doing. iv'e been a rearranger since i was small. i love having a fresh, new environment but still being in the same familiar space, or maybe it's not that deep at all and just get bored easily haha! either way, it's good to see i'm not the only one changing my room around lots :)

I'm glad you are back! I can say I've rewatched your old videos like...5767 times? :D It's always worth waiting for a new one. ;) I'm trying to stick with regular daily yoga practice, but my routine is hectic, so it's hard. I'm doing evening Yin yoga. I love your room no matter how you rearrange it. I don't have much time to rearrange, but I love buying or thrifting stuff for decorating at home.

The one she was whatching in this video was, Yoga with Adriene. She is amazing especially for beginners in my opinion. Others i personally love are, The Bare Female, and the few yoga classes from Isabel Paige. Hope this helped 🙆🏼‍♀️
