Rain doesn't really slow us down. We are from the wet coast of Canada. But a rainy day in Surigao is nothing like the rain where we come from. This rain was warm -- t-shirt warm. We had a wonderful day puddle jumping from place to place along the streets and passageways of Surigao City. It was kind of a lazy rainy misty day. I got a haircut. Found a park with a hero to think about. We hung out in the Cathedral for a while. Looked up at a big old tree. Wandered the market. Had some great rain day meals surrounded by conversations of people trying to stay dry for a bit.
