Anyone else at peace in the woods and nowhere else?

I have Cherokee and Mohawk in my lineage. When i labored, Navajo flute music just helped me So much through transitional labor. Years later i hiked The Grand Canyon and i had that music with me as i “labored” down KAIBAB! Something about Native American music just speaks to my soul. Someday I will know the whole story.🌻🌻🌻🌻

My son is on the autism spectrum. We have been listening to this beautiful arrangement for years now. It really helps him relax whenever he feels anxious. We have attended several Native American festivals over the years and he really enjoys watching the musicians play the flutes. It reminds him of this video. Thank you for uploading this video. I have ADHD and anxiety, which makes it hard to fall asleep many nights. On my worst nights, I listen to this. How it calms me down so well is amazing. When I close my eyes I can imagine myself in the woods by the stream. I usually don't make it 6 minutes before falling asleep. Thank you for this video.

Why is no one else commenting on this gorgeous piece of music? I don’t understand why not. I have no lineage to First Nation music but I love it so much, it speaks to my inner core and stills my mind when all else fails. It makes me think about North American woods and rain and the people from whose heritage this music comes. Even the rain sounds are comforting, and the beautiful echoing flutes are sublime. Completely random but reminded me that my mum used to hoover and stuff when I was asleep as a baby so I used to get to sleep quickly and sleep through loud noises and now I never wake up during in the night and get to sleep fairly easily so.. just a random tip😂

I use it in my therapy sessions and it works wonders. It relaxes and soothes almost anyone who comes in my office.
