I made this soup tonight for dinner. I followed your recipe almost to the T....only change I made was to add dark jaggery instead of sugar. At the last moment I forgot to add butter but ate the soup with some home made croutons. It came out oh so well chef. And I paired it with a Korean green salad (sangchu geotjeori) which also I kept very close to the recipe I saw on some Korean sites on youtube, except for using different salad leaves in place of Korean salad leaves. The result was a very nice and lip smacking pair of dishes which went well together actually. Am saving this recipe for future. Thanks as always chef.

The soup came out so good that I have no words to describe the taste, was tired of making soup from canned Cambell tomato soup. Never could get it to taste Indian style.
