Railway Station Wali Aloo Puri | How To Make Aloo Puri Recipe | रेलवे वाली आलू की सब्जी
aloo sabzi
Ingredients
boiled potatoes 1 cup
tomatoes ½ cup
jeera ½ tbsp
hing 1 tsp
green chillies 3-4 pcs
ginger ½ inch
turmeric pwd 1 tsp
red chilli pwd 1 tsp
coriander pwd ½ tbsp
garam masala ½ tsp
salt ½ tbsp
amchoor pwd 1 tsp
chopped coriander 1 tbsp
Method
Heat some oil, add jeera, hing, pounded ginger & garlic, turmeric pwd, red chilli pwd, coriander pwd, garam masala, chopped tomatoes, salt and saute them well.
add water, crumble in boiled potatoes and cook it for a while.
Later add amchoor pwd and chopped coriander.
serve hot with fresh poori.
Poori
Ingredients
wheat flour 1 cup
ajwain 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
oil 1 tbsp
water as required
Method
Take a bowl, add wheat flour, oil, ajwain, salt and mix it.
Rub in the wheat flour with oil.
add water and knead it into a soft dough.
rest it for some time.
divide dough into small roundles and roll those into poori shape.
deep fry them and serve.

Simple & nice. 👌 Hum log Puri ke aatey may 1-2 tbsp sooji milatey hain. Issey Puri tel nahi peeti aur crisp & fuli-fuli banti hai.
