Actually Rahul's speech had no sense. He talked about samvidhaan. If Samvidhaan was prioritised then he should have spoken about Ambedkar, Patel, Indira Gandhi. Instead spoke about Shivji, Guru Nanak. How many scams happened during Congress rule? I find media simply hyping with Rahul.
