Such a rule of ineligibility is not there in our Constitution. Besides there is no rule for the parliament or assembly members regarding their minimum education. Everyone can't be Tharoor.Members from non - hindi belt areas somehow try to express their ideas and feelings. We have to listen them carefully and patiently. You and I may able to read and write hindi, english, malayalam etc. but may be weak in spoken especially in official platforms like parliament, assembly, corporate and public meetings.
