Bjorn fought well but he never looked after his family. That's very sad part.

I still have fond memories of this show. While I personally love Ubbe and consider him the best out of all of Ragnar’s sons, I consider Bjorn my second favorite. Bjorn and Ragnar forming their bond together whether it was on the battlefield or when they are feasting, I’ve always saw this rather personal connection with them that I found to be much better than what Ragnar’s other sons inherited from him. Bjorn always lived up to his "Ironside" name, and his relationship with his father was always one of my favorite aspects about this show! Indeed, I still love this series! ❤️

Crazy how irl if a father makes one mistake even after over a decade of being nothing but an amazing father they get labeled a bad father. When it’s someone like Ragnar where we see his side of things we see it differently

They really changed Bjorn for this show. In Norse legend, Ivar The Boneless was the leader among Ragnar's sons. Also, according to Norse legend, Bjorn was the son of Aslaug, not Lagertha.

Only one that was better than him at anything to me was ivar and that was only with being strategic
