Super delicious and easy to make Raffaello and Ferrero Rocher dessert cups everybody can make! No baking, no gelatine, very quick and simple. Perfect dessert table idea for parties and celebrations! Or simply delicious treat with your cup of tea or coffee.
If you love Ferrero Rocher and Raffaello chocolates you absolutely have to try these dessert cups and you’ll LOVE them! They’re absolutely divine! Some of the most delicious dessert cups I’ve ever made so far! Your family and friends will really appreciate the luxurious taste! They’re also so easy and quick to make, and require only few ingredients.

RAFFAELLO DESSERT CUPS
makes 5 x 165ml / 6oz cups
150g vanilla cream wafers
1 heaping tbsp cornstarch
250ml (1 cup) milk
150ml (2/3 cup) condensed milk
25g (1/4 cup) flaked almonds
150ml (2/3 cup) whipping cream
25g (1/4 cup) desiccated coconut
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 Raffaello balls (optional)
FERRERO ROCHER DESSERT CUPS
(makes 5 x 175ml / 6 oz cups)
1st layer:
75g chocolate biscuits
2nd layer:
250ml (1 cup) whipping cream (minimum 33% fat)
1 tbsp sugar
1 heaping tbsp Nutella or any other hazelnut spread.
3rd layer:
100ml (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) whipping cream (minimum 33% fat)
100g milk chocolate
4th layer:
30-40g (1/4 cup) hazelnuts
5th layer:
200ml (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) whipping cream
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Decoration:
Reserved biscuit crumbs
5 Ferrero Rocher chocolates (optional)
